Bright Waters Psychiatry and Wellness participates with Cigna, Aetna, and United Health Care/Optum.
For all patients, credit card info is required to make an appointment, and will be saved on file. A deposit is required to schedule your initial assessment/evaluation to hold your spot. Otherwise, the appointment will be canceled. If the appointment is canceled within 7 days, your money will be refunded.
If you cancel an initial assessment/evaluation within less than 7 days, you may reschedule with the understanding that a deposit of $250 (the cost of the evaluation) will be charged in order to make a new appointment. For people using insurance, the balance will be applied to your future co-pays.
A missed appointment fee is the same as the full session fee for established patients.
Private Pay / Out of Network Patients
Initial Assessment/Eval is $250.00
Follow-up visit (25 min) will be $150.00.
Follow-up visit (45-60 min) will be $200
Medical records will be $25.00. (If you need to request your medical records, you must provide a signed notification and give a two-week notice).
Forms/Letter Requests will be $100.00 and $300.00 based on time and complexity. You will be responsible for paying at the time of request.
